Sorry about the terrible pun, and the hiatus in posting. This has been largely due to me having my head down writing staff reports – which is interesting stuff, I do like getting people to start thinking about their aspirations for their career and identifying areas where they need to look for opportunities to develop their experience. I just wish I was as good at doing the same for myself.
Anyway, appraisal season is very nearly over, so I shall be back shortly with more tales from the recycling bank. As it were.
