Hello world! My name is Lucy Toman, and I recently started working in Municipal Waste Management in Defra. I decided that the job was interesting enough to blog about – but all content in this blog is my personal opinion and in no way reflects Government policy, official guidance yadda yadda yadda, except for the links to official sites, of course. Basically, as a Civil Servant, I’m bound by these rules. Feel free to pull me up if you think I’m not sticking to them!
